sigh on prop. 71

the san francisco chronicle has printed an interesting article on the "surprises" contained in the recently-passed california proposition 71 which allows stem cell research. what is very problematic about this new law is the conflict-of-interest among those who will oversee how the funds accumulated will be spent. very bad law.
