Somebody gave me one of those nano iPods as a gift and I have started using it just a few days ago. It’s neat. In that small thin little thing a thousand musical tracks can be stored.

One of the neat things about it is that it comes with a software that allows me to download music--legally--for 99 cents! For someone who enjoys listening to music, that's a deal. The marvels of modern consumerist technology is amazing.

But this news items about a local man suing Apple is a great reminder for me as I play with this new musical toy: be mindful of your hearing.
